He arrived promptly, brought all his own materials which didn't smell and included a dust sheet to protect the floor. He did a very thorough and truly remarkable job on the oven, which took about 2 hours. I barely recognised it as my own when he had finished! Completely transformed. He even fitted a replacement screw (provided by me) to replace a missing one in the oven door to stop it clicking when being closed.
